Poulner Community Fireworks 2024
Saturday 2nd November!
The weather was fantastic as was the turnout!
This year we celebrated the 23rd year of Poulner Fireworks. It was an extremely important one as we also had the chance to thank the team of display experts who had volunteered their time to run the display for the past 22 years. Due to a change in insurance bodies, we have now joined in partnership with Pains Fireworks and we were not disappointed! The display was brilliant and the turnout of people was over 1,500. Special thanks to the parent teams of Friends of Poulner Junior School and Dad's Club for making this all happen and to staff for supporting along the way and marshalling the evening.
The children entertained themselves with the free 'build a guy' tent, the guys looked amazing and the shredded paper was definitely a huge hit! We loved seeing the children having so much fun.
We are incredibly proud to provide such a family friendly community event and it is great to see how the money raised goes straight back into projects for the children.
Local business were also great in helping us with sponsorship from Martin & Co estate agents, Downton Brewery, Ringwood Motor Company, Belinda's bakery and Crow Farm shop.
