Mighty Minions Carnival entry 2023
Saturday 16th September saw the formation of the Mighty Minions ready for the Ringwood Carnival procession. Ringwood Council have been fantastic in supporting the school, so we love being part of this day.
Our theme this year was minions as they stand for teamwork and how together we can be mighty! We used this idea to explain to the children how we all feel too, sometimes happy and sometimes not! Emotional wellbeing is an important topic for us at school, we also wanted to do something that was inclusive and everyone could join in with.
We were thrilled to then win best large float and best school!! Huge thanks to the Friends of Poulner Junior School and Dads Club who did an amazing job in building the design and making it all happen!
